We like just about everything about the place, except the sheets did not smell as fresh as they should. It even smells like somebody had sprayed Febreze or something to mask smells. that place needs some repairs, but other than that, it was good and comfortable.

Perfect overnight stay in Monterey. The price point was almost too good to be true, and once we walked into our room, we knew it was a great value! Clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds and linens, and a great location, too. Should we come back to Monterey, I will definitely book again.

The room was very clean and was not cramped. The vanity was separated from the toilet shower area which is nice. There was room to station two full suitcases.

This is such a pretty hotel! The room we had was 250, upstairs and a corner room. It was a huge room! The fireplace was so cozy and there was a fridge and a coffee maker too! The people are so friendly and the grounds were immaculate!! Love this place, we will be staying here every time we come to Monterey. Oh,and it was so close to everything, downtown, the wharf, Cannery Row. Also LOVE the price!!!

We called in at short notice and were made very welcome at a reasonable price. The room was clean, comfy and quiet and it was only 10 minute safe walk to food and bars.

We really had no issues with our stay here! We arrived around 9:30pm, and staff at the front desk was kind and upgraded our room to a King which was very comfortable and provided more than what we needed to stay for the night. Location was close enough to walk (probably about 15 min or so) to Downtown. Check in/out was very simple and room was clean and spacious.
